A huge bust by gardai has uncovered nearly €1m rate of medication, nearly €500k in money and three guns.
A person in his early 40s has been arrested when it comes to the key seizure that came upon MDMA, cocaine, cannabis, unlawful money and a series of handguns.
Spherical 11am on Tuesday, as section of an intelligence led operation, gardaí associated to the Meath Divisional Medication Unit conducted a search operation at a commercial premises at Rathfeigh, Co Meath.
At some stage one day of the hunt, approximately €570,000 of MDMA tablets, €156,000 of MDMA powder, approximately €140,800 of cocaine, €80,000 of cannabis herb and 6,000 suspected Xanax tablets with an estimated value of €12,000, had been seized by gardaí.
In total, the suspected medication seized enjoy an estimated value of €958,800 (pending prognosis).
Cash to the rate of €489,120 turned into as soon as also seized.
A Glock 9mm semi-computerized handgun, two Walter 9mm handguns, two silencers, and 75 rounds of 9mm Luger and Fiocci ammunition had been also taken.
A garda spokesman said: “A person in his early 40s turned into as soon as arrested on the scene.
“This man is at model detained at Ashbourne Garda Site below the provisions of Share 2 of the Prison Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
