TAK: Two Chinese men had been arrested after illegally crossing the Moei River from Myanmar to Thailand in Mae Sot district on Friday morning.

Wang Yu Hai, 31, and Ho Gun Chuan, 21, had been noticed in a discipline by village volunteers patrolling reach Ban Mae Taosan College in tambon Mae Tao, acknowledged Capt Sasawat Sattayapong, commander of a militia task power.

A personnel of police, squaddies and immigration offials had been then sent to arrest them

Under questioning, the two men acknowledged they crossed the Moei River to tambon Mae Su in Mae Sot district from Myanmar. They then walked through corn fields before they had been caught reach the college.

The pair had been taken to Mae Sot police region for beautiful motion.

Security alongside the Thai-Myanmar border has been tightened to remain unlawful immigration and support a watch on the spread of the coronavirus. A virulent disease of Covid-19 has been reported in Myawaddy, Myanmar, across the river from Mae Sot.
