Deputy minister: Unlawful utility pipes in drains amongst causes of floods in Lebuh Ampang
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 — Utility pipes installed within the drainage machine without the approval of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) beget been found to be amongst the causes of flash floods in Lebuh Ampang currently.
