Gauteng Training MEC cracks down on unlawful colleges
MIDRAND – Gauteng Training MEC, Panyaza Lesufi is warning these working unlawful colleges.
On Thursday the MEC joined an operation to shut down unlawful colleges in Ivory Park, in Midrand.
Lesufi says action will be taken in opposition to such colleges might also quiet they fail to accomplish the factual paperwork.

“We’re here to finalise what we have started. There are some colleges which own operated in this home, we gave them an extension, to sort out their paperwork. Unfortunately, they’ve no longer completed that so we have brought law enforcement agencies, we have brought the municipality, we have also brought our officers,” he acknowledged.
Lesufi says his department is compiling a legend to decide the formula forward for unlawful colleges.
The legend is expected to be done in the next two days.
“They’re breaking every law that we have in the nation. They haven’t got folk which will doubtless be successfully documented in our nation, they haven’t got municipal paperwork, the college rooms are no longer conducive for studying, they are not following the curriculum that we need and the infrastructure of the college is in a actually sinful impart.”
