Nebraska’s simmering feud with the Mighty Ten over the conference’s resolution to prolong descend sports has reached the voice’s attorney general.

Consistent with ESPN’s Heather Dinich and Paula Lavigne, AG Doug Peterson, a 1981 Nebraska graduate, has sent a letter to Mighty Ten Commissioner Kevin Warren, questioning the conference’s compliance with voice legislation and “inquiring for all paperwork and records pertaining to its resolution to prolong the 2020 descend sports season.”

The switch follows news of eight Nebraska soccer gamers submitting a lawsuit against the Mighty Ten to invalidate the league’s postponement and award damages to the plaintiffs.
